Why are there different groups?

We split the groups by age so that the help you get is just right for you and your friends. This way, you can talk about things that matter to you and share your stories. By focusing on what each age group needs, we can give better support and help everyone feel more connected.

It can often feel like a very lonely path. I hope that by sharing our epilepsy journey, we can help other young people and parents feel less alone.
