How to use the Health Section
This section contains health information recorded by you, or your hospital via your NHS number.
Health
- Diagnosis add or view your current and past diagnoses
- Allergies add or view your allergies
- Symptoms record or track your symptoms
- Measurements record different data types e.g. your seizure types 1-4, rescue medication, missed medication, sleep, diet, exercise, vitals etc.
- Tests displays test results which may be automatically sent by other systems used by your hospital, or added by you as an attached a copy/file of a results document
- Imaging displays scans, X-rays and other medical imaging which may be automatically sent by other systems used by your hospital or attached by you as a copy/file of a results document
- Audio upload sound recordings from consultations
- Genetics stores genomic sequencing results
Symptoms
Latest Symptoms
Your Latest Symptoms recorded daily on your welcome page will also be visible in this section and in your Self Management Plan.
Use the Add symptoms button, top right of the Symptoms page to add common Self Management symptoms or Add another symptom from the drop down list provided.
Typing a key word in the search bar will shortlist your selection e.g. vision.
Measurements
Record different data types e.g. your seizure types 1-4, rescue medication and missed medication under vitals, also other information on sleep, diet, exercise, etc.
Remember you can record your health information for all your medical conditions in one place on My Epilepsy.
Use Add Measurements
Use Add measurements to record for a date and time and Add another measurement button to select from the drop down list of measurements you can record.
Typing a key word in the search bar will shortlist your selection e.g. pain.
