The prestigious annual list identifies researchers from across the globe who demonstrated significant influence in their chosen field or fields through the publication of multiple highly cited papers during the last decade. Their names are drawn from the publications that rank in the top 1 percent by citations for field and publication year in the Web of Science citation index.
Professor Cross, OBE, who is The Prince of Wales Chair of Childhood Epilepsy and Honorary Consultant in Paediatric Neurology at UCL - Institute of Child Health, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust, London and Young Epilepsy, was included in the Neuroscience and Behaviour category and is one of the 48 UCL academics on this year’s list.
