Young Epilepsy is excited to launch a new campaign called ‘#FacingEpilepsy’ to ignite a global conversation around living with epilepsy. Our objective is to share the many faces and experiences of those living with epilepsy and how they face up to the realities of everyday life. We aim to raise awareness and help reduce the stigma of epilepsy experienced by children and young people across the UK and more globally.
This campaign involves collecting personal stories, by way of a short 1-minute video, of people living with epilepsy, showing the many faces and experiences of those living with the condition. We will upload these onto our Instagram account using the hashtag #FacingEpilepsy and invite people to share these on their own accounts.
