That is exactly what Ben Rixson has done. Last year, his partner was diagnosed with epilepsy and he wanted to do what he can to raise awareness and do something daring at the same time. So he decided upon doing a wingwalk.
In the process, Ben has raised more than £2,000. He said he 'cannot believe' the support he's received during the fundraising process.
Ben Rixson has said:
There are some things words can’t explain. Every worry leaves your body.
Height issue wasn’t a problem because it just feels like you’re flying. I recommend doing this to anyone.
It's probably the best thing I’ve ever done and for an unbelievable charity.
I cannot believe the support I got from friends and family, even people I don’t know!
