- Habits - how to build great habits that enhance your life and provide daily motivation.
- Fear - what it is and tips to make sense of and manage it more easily!
- Happiness – how to begin feeling happier today!
Each talk will give insights into how we as individuals handle things and do what we do, plus how to change our perception and attitudes to certain things and make them work better for us. You will also come away with useful tools and tips to help you make small tweaks that can have a big impact in your daily life.
