As a teenager or young person with epilepsy, you can now use our online diary to help keep a record of your seizures and how the condition affects you.
The password-protected diary, youngepilepsydiary.org.uk, is free to use and information can be printed off and shared with medical professionals.

Produced with support from Sanofi Aventis and PharmiWeb Solutions, the online diary enables you to record when you have a seizure, what triggered it, how long it lasted and how you felt afterwards.
You can personalise your website with pictures and you can link it to Facebook and Twitter. It also features facts and information about the condition.
Teen seizure diary
‘All About Me’ is a printed teenage seizure diary which has been designed specifically for teenagers aged 13 and 19.
Helping you to monitor your seizures (sometimes known as epileptic fits) and take control of epilepsy, 'All About Me' is filled with facts, jokes and epilepsy information on everything from sports activities to socialising.
This diary provides support for living with epilepsy, enabling you to record your thoughts and feeling, and any 'triggers' for seizures.
'All About Me' features real people with epilepsy (some famous) who have been through epilepsy in their teens and are now working in a variety of careers.
