As a teenager or young person with epilepsy, you can now use our online diary to help keep a record of your seizures and how the condition affects you.
The password-protected diary, youngepilepsydiary.org.uk, is free to use and information can be printed off and shared with medical professionals.
Produced with support from Sanofi Aventis and PharmiWeb Solutions, the online diary enables you to record when you have a seizure, what triggered it, how long it lasted and how you felt afterwards.
You can personalise your website with pictures and you can link it to Facebook and Twitter. It also features facts and information about the condition.

A comment from a parent: "Can't wait to give my daughter her copy and test it out, but I have read it from cover to cover and there is a vast amount of work on display - wonderfully witty, wise, well calibrated."
